CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD PIZZA

Salad on a pizza?!

Something just works with warm toasty naan bread and crisp cool Caesar salad.

Other crust options will work too. We just like the fact that we can get a little nutrient boost from the whole wheat options.

Kale Caesar salad also tastes great with this effortless dinner. Of course, you can always DIY your salad with shredded lettuce (the darker the greens the better), shredded parm and caesar dressing.

Serves: 2-4 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat naan bread

  • Chopped Caesar salad kit

  • Cooked chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

  • Shredded mozzarella

 

Instructions:

  1. Spread a thin layer of caesar dressing on naan bread.

  2. Add diced grilled chicken.

  3. Top with a layer of shredded cheese.

  4. Bake at 400 for about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  5. Toss caesar salad (with or without croutons).

  6. Cut pizza into desired number of slices and top with salad.
